Rate scenarios, lender names, product examples, payment illustrations, and other report content may change. Actual pricing, product availability, qualification, lender requirements, and property eligibility depend on the buyer and property and require a personalized licensed review.
3. Property and calculation information
Property, listing, rental, tax, closing-cost, appreciation, and affordability information may be obtained from public sources, user input, estimates, assumptions, or third-party services. Users must review property information before relying on it. The Funders does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, future value, rental income, closing costs, or report calculations.
4. Appropriate use of the report-builder
Use the report-builder only with information you are authorized to use. Do not submit another person’s sensitive financial data, credit information, banking details, tax records, pay stubs, or private documents through public forms. Use a first name or household label rather than unnecessary personal information when generating a scenario.
5. Report links and sharing
Treat buyer-specific report links as private. Do not publish, forward, or post a buyer-specific report publicly without appropriate permission. A report should not be represented as a guarantee of financing, a lender decision, or an approved rate.
6. Financing reviews
A request for contact or financing review does not create a mortgage application, broker-client relationship, lender commitment, or obligation to provide financing. The Funders Team may request additional information and will explain the next available review steps where appropriate.
7. The Funders Network for Realtors
Approved Realtor partners may access Funders Network tools according to the applicable programme, role permissions, privacy requirements, and internal operating rules. Realtor access does not include buyer income, debt, credit, documents, lender notes, underwriting notes, or other restricted mortgage-file information.
8. Rewards programme
Any Realtor rewards, points, travel, tickets, vouchers, or other benefits are subject to separate programme terms, eligibility, verification, Administrator approval, availability, applicable taxes, brokerage rules, and legal/compliance requirements. Points are not cash and do not create a guaranteed entitlement.
9. Third-party websites and services
This website may link to third-party websites, listings, lenders, scheduling tools, or service providers. The Funders is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or decisions.
